Keshia Toolsee, College Manager & Designated Safeguarding Lead
Meet the Team · New Seeds College – AlbrightonWelcome from the College Manager

A message from Keshia Toolsee

Welcome to New Seeds Education. We provide a smaller, personalised and supportive post-16 learning environment for young people with additional needs.

Our seven-pillar curriculum brings together academic learning, preparation for adulthood, vocational opportunities, personal development and therapeutic support. We use small-group teaching, practical experiences and individualised support to help learners build confidence, independence, qualifications and the skills they need for employment, further education and adult life.

As College Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead, I lead the day-to-day life of the College and work closely with learners, families, professionals and local authorities to create programmes shaped by each young person’s EHCP outcomes, starting points and aspirations. At New Seeds, we want every learner to feel safe, understood, recognise their potential and move confidently towards a positive future.
