Our Strategies

Comprehensive approaches to supporting learners with SEND and creating safe, trauma-informed environments where everyone can thrive.

SEND Strategy

At New Seeds Education, we are a specialist SEND provision dedicated to supporting young people aged 16-25 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Conditions, and specific learning difficulties.

Our SEND Strategy is built on the principles of the SEND Code of Practice (2015) and reflects our commitment to high-quality, inclusive education. We work within a trauma-informed, relational framework, recognising that many of our learners have experienced adversity.

Our Core Beliefs

These beliefs underpin everything we do.

Every Child Can Succeed

We believe that with the right support, environment, and relationships, every young person with SEND can make meaningful progress.

Needs, Not Labels

We see the whole child, not their diagnosis. Our approach focuses on understanding and meeting individual needs.

Strengths-Based Approach

We identify and build on each learner's strengths, interests, and abilities as foundations for growth.

Partnership Working

We work collaboratively with families, professionals, and placing authorities for coordinated support.
