Vocational & Employment Pathways
Vocational and practical routes chosen around each learner's destination. Specialist sites at Albrighton (Rail) and Winchester Avenue (Sport & Leisure), with the flexible NOCN SETPD framework wrapping every programme. All pathways align to individual EHCP outcomes and Preparation-for-Adulthood goals.
Rail Engineering (Albrighton)
Specialist rail delivery at our Albrighton site — sector awareness, track safety fundamentals and hands-on infrastructure learning delivered with our approved rail training partner (subject to eligibility and health-and-safety requirements).
Sport, Leisure & Fitness (Winchester Avenue)
Specialist sport, leisure and fitness delivery at Winchester Avenue — boxing fitness, activity leadership and community sport, with recognised NCFE routes for learners ready to build a career in sport.
SETPD — Skills for Employment, Training & Personal Development
The flexible NOCN SETPD framework wraps every learner's programme — employability, personal development and vocational modules chosen around each learner's destination, aligned to Gatsby Benchmarks 1–8.
Construction & Practical Trades
Practical construction, DIY and light trades — building the site-ready confidence and safety awareness that support progression to the CSCS Card and entry-level trade employment.
Hospitality & Catering
Kitchen skills, food safety, nutrition and front-of-house — bridging Cooking Therapy in Pillar 7 with real vocational units for learners aiming at hospitality employment.
Health & Social Care
Person-centred care, safeguarding, communication and community-facing volunteering — progression into further study, volunteering or entry-level roles subject to employer requirements.
Digital, Creative & Games Design
Digital literacy, creative digital media, games design and coding — building technical and creative confidence, with SETPD anchoring employability and progression.
